Creative Flow: Neurographic Art
Explore the calming and expressive world of neurographic art in this mindful, creative workshop designed for teens and adults. Neurographic drawing is a meditative art practice that transforms simple lines into flowing, organic compositions through intuitive drawing and gentle design principles. Participants will begin with spontaneous mark-making, then learn how to smooth and connect intersecting lines to create harmonious, abstract artwork. As the drawing develops, students will add shapes, patterns, and color to deepen composition and personal expression. Because this is a layered and reflective process, some participants may not complete a finished piece within the session, and can continue or finish their work at home using the techniques learned. No prior art experience is needed—this workshop is about slowing down, exploring creativity, and discovering how drawing can become a tool for relaxation, focus, and self-expression. Each participant will leave with a new approach to mindful art-making.
